Blueberry and White Chocolate Cake

    I'm not a chocolate person at all, but I had a lot of frozen blueberries and white chocolate, so I decided to make this cake. It was very good and I didn't feel the taste of chocolate at all. I really recommend to try it!

Ingredients:

• 170g room temperature butter (3/4 cup)
• 300g flour ( 2 1/2 cup)
• frozen blueberries about 1/2 - 1 cup ( I didn't measure it )
• 3 tablespoons sour cream
• 170g sugar (1 cup )
• 4 eggs
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 100g white chocolate ( or chocolate chips ) 

Directions:

1. Preheat an oven to 180C degrees (350F). If you use chocolate (not chocolate chips) cut it in small pieces.
2. In a big bowl put butter and sugar. Mix it very well.
3. Beat the eggs one by one and after each beaten egg mix a little bit. Then put sour cream and mix everything.
4. Put flour and baking powder in dough and mix it very well.
5. Now take your baking tray (put baking paper in it or if it's silicone tray, spray it with spray oil) and put a little bit of your dough. Then put half of frozen blueberries and half of cut chocolate or chocolate chips. Put another dough layer and then put another half of blueberries and chocolate. On the top put remaining dough.
6. Bake in the preheated oven, for about 40 minutes ( until a toothpick inserted in the center of a cake comes out clean ).

Lip Balm Collection

   Hey! Today I decided to share my lip balm collection. I love lip balms and I have a lot of them, but I just can't stop buying them. So let's start!

   First lip balms, which probably all of you know, are eos 'sweet mint' and 'summer fruit'. I love both of them and these are my favourites lip balms. They smell very good and they are long-lasting.

   Some of you know that I love coconut and everything with it, so, of course, I have coconut lip balm. It smells good, but I don't like it much, because it's very liquid. And another lip balm is pineapple flavour. You can barely smell pineapples, but it's good.

   These are actually lip glosses, but I use them as a lip balm. First one is from 'oriflame' and I think it's strawberry flavoured. For me, this one is the best from these 3. Next one is 'juicy tubes' from 'lancome'. It smells sweet, but I don't like it, because it's sticky. And last one is from 'h&m' and it's 'sweet candy'.

   These two I got from Ireland and that first one looks sooo cute. And it's peppermint flavoured. The second one is just basic lip balm, which I think is vanilla flavoured. Both of them are very good and I like them very much!

   A lot of you know 'baby lips' lip balms and I have peach kiss and pepermint. I don't like them very much, but they are good. 

   I have four 'lipsilk' lipbalms - strawberry, cherry, pepermint and aloe vera. My favourite is cherry, because it smells very good. And aloe vera is the worst, because it smells like a glue. Anyways, these lipbalms are good.

   This lipstick is something amazing. It smells wonderful and I'm so happy that I got it. I don't have any other words for it.

  And these two I ordered from 'aliexpress'. First one 'hurry' is blueberry flavoured and it's very good. And second one is cherry flavoured, but it's not a lip balm like it says. I don't like it, because it's very sticky and it gives dark red colour to your lips.

Easy Apple Pie Recipe

   Hey everyone! Today I decided to share an amazing apple pie recipe, which I've been making for maybe 3 years. It's perfect for cold winter days or just when you want something sweet.

Ingredients: (I used 200ml cup)

• 1 cup sugar
• 2 cups flour
• cinnamon
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 tablespoons baking powder
• 5 eggs
• 6 apples

Directions:

• Preheat an oven to 180 degrees C ( 360F ). Put baking paper in a baking tray.
• Cut your apples in small pieces and mix it with a little bit of cinnamon and sugar.
• In a bowl beat the eggs and add sugar. Mix it together.
• Add flour, baking powder and vegetable oil in a mixture and mix it together.
• Put apples in a baking tray and put mixture on it. 
• Bake in the preheated oven, for about 25 ( until a toothpick inserted in the center of a pie comes out clean ). Leave a pie in a tray for 10 minutes to cool.

   I really recommend to eat it with ice cream. It's very delicious! 

December Haul

   I can't believe that it is my last post this year. Time goes so fast. And I want to wish to all of you to have a lot of memories and great time in 2016. Anyways, today I'm here to show you what did I buy this month. So let's start!

   First thing, which I actually got yesterday, are these amazing sheep slippers, They are so cute and warm and it's perfect for winter season!

   For my lips I got light sparkling pink lipstick and I like it, because it's not bright. Also I ordered lip-liner pencil from aliexpress and I knew that it won't be good, but I wanted to try it anyways. Well, I was right, this isn't good.

   Next thing is this flowery dress and it is so cute! It's very comfortable and it looks great and I'm very happy that I found it. 

   My cousin knows that I love lip balms, so she got me this amaaazing pepermint lip balm. It looks so cute and it moisten lips, so I think it's perfect.

   This is the best thing, which I bought this month. I wanted to buy it for so long and I finally got it. So this is a silver Iphone 5S and it's just perfect! I don't have any other words for it.

    Aliexpress is my addiction and I always buy some cute stuff there. Here I have sticky notes for week ( it's like 'week to do list' ) and a cute pencil with cats. I love both of them!

   Next thing is acrylic paint and it's like dark pink or light purple. I bought it for diy's and it is very useful. I think I need to buy some others with different colour.

   
   And last thing - light brown sweater with gold necklase on it. I didn't think that I will like it so much, but know I'm thinking about buying a black one.

What I got for Christmas?

   Hey everyone! I hope your Christmas was great and today I'm here to show you what I got for Christmas. I didn't ask for anything, so I didn't know what I will get and I won't show you all my presents, because I just want to keep some things privite. So let's start!

   I got a lot of things for bath this year. Here I have watermelon flavoured bath salt, homemade soap and fizzy powder for bath. All of these things smell really good and I can't wait to try it.

   I wanted thermos for a long time and I thought that I will buy one, but then my friend got me this cup. It has very beautiful design and I love it! 

   I've never seen mini bath bombs before and I can't wait to try it, because they smell very good and they look adorable! Also I got levander soap.

   I love candles and everything with it, so I got candlestick, which is made from himalayan salt and I got 'yankee candle' tea candle called 'red raspberry'. It smells amazing!

   Next thing is this shower gel from 'treacle moon'. I have had 'my coconut island' before and I loved it. Now I have 'one ginger morning' and it smells really good.

   My sister knows that I love lions, so she got me this stuffed lion and it is sooo cute and it will be perfect for my room decoration.

   Also I love decorative pillows and I have a lot of them, but I always need more of them. So I got this furry pillow and it's so soft and cute!

    I got 'I love... strawberries and cream' collection. I got shower gel, body butter and scrub. It smells so good and I can't wait to try it.

   And of course I got a lot of candies! Well, who didn't?

Christmas Haul

   Hi! I thought that I will share all my new things in one haul post, but then I realized that it will be too much and this is why I'm writing 'Christmas haul'. I didn't buy a lot of things for Christmas, but anyways I want to show you what I've got.

   First thing that I've got are these beautiful nail stickers. There are some different types of snowflakes and snowmans. I ordered these from aliexpress and I'm very happy that I got them till Christmas. 

   Next thing are these amazing Christmas lights. Actually, I had to hang them in my balcony, but I've been using them to take photos for my christmas diy ( you can check it here ) and other things, so they are still laying on my table. These lights are so cute and I think I will be using them all year.

  Another thing which I bought for Christmas are these gift tags. I actually was surprised, because I thought that all of them will be the same, but they all are different. And I think it will look very cute on gifts. Can't wait to use them!

   I wanted to buy some new decorations and I found this christmas tree, which changes colour and it looks amazing, when it's dark in the room. 

   These stickers is just amazing! And I actually used a lot of them and then I realized that I need to take a photo of them, but it was too late to take a picture of all of these stickers. Anyways, they are very useful, especially, when you are packing gifts.

   And last thing, which I've got, is this bed sheet. It has some raindeers and snowflakes. This is so cute and it's perfect for winter.

Christmas DIY

   I can't believe that its only 5 days left until Christmas. And I thought that it will be fun to make some christmas diy's. So let's start!

Candy Jar Decoration

I just love this decoration! It's so easy and it looks really good! You can design your jar however you want and you can put there probably everything. I painted my jar with pink triangles and then I put some m&m's, marshmallows and candy canes. It looks amazing!

Pepermint cocoa
 I actually messed up with taking photos of it, but this drink is perfect. And it's very easy. You will  need cocoa, whipped cream and pepermint candy canes. You can also add syrup, like coconut or pepermint. So when you made your cocoa, spray some whipped cream and then put crushed candy canes. That's it! Enjoy!

 Diy postcards
 I just wanted to show you, that you don't have to buy postcards. You can make some amazing postcards by yourself. And here I gave you some ideas. For example, you can make christmas tree from washi tape or draw some christmas lights.

Chocolate marshmallows

And last, but probably my favourite - chocolate covered marshmallows. I thought that I won't like them, but when I tried them I realized that it's something amazing. All you need to do - melt your chocolate (dark or milk) and cover marshmallows in it. On top of it you can put whatever you want. My favourite was with coconut shavings and candy canes. You really should try it!
